Returns

Refund policy

Returns on full-price items are accepted within 20 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

  • All returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, and must include all original packaging and tags.
  • All sales of sale items and panties are final and cannot be returned.
  • For items that qualified for free shipping and are being returned, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
  • Shipping fees and taxes paid (e.g. customs) will not be refunded.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on any panties.

If your underbust is 68cm, your band size is 32. If your overbust (cup size) is 82cm, in the 32 band size chart, your bra size is 32A.
