Pre-order
A pre-order allows you to reserve and secure an item before it becomes officially available for sale. When an item is available for pre-order, it means that it is not currently in stock or readily available for immediate purchase.
Please note that when you place a pre-order, the payment is typically processed upfront to secure your reservation. The expected availability date for the pre-ordered item will be clearly stated on the product page.

Confirming your order
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number and a summary of your purchased items. If you did not receive a confirmation email within 1 working day, please check your spam inbox. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Changing your order
